Shipping Costs

Orders under $100: Flat rate shipping of $15.

Orders of $100 or more: FREE shipping.

Shipping is currently available to approved postcodes within Metropolitan Melbourne only.

If your postcode is not currently serviced, we'd still love to hear from you. Simply join the Waitlist from any product page, and we'll let you know if we're able to expand delivery to your area in the future.

Delivery Area

Luxe Pet Food currently delivers to selected postcodes across Metropolitan Melbourne.

During checkout, your postcode will be validated to confirm whether delivery is available. If your postcode is outside our current delivery area, you'll be invited to join our waitlist so we can notify you if we begin servicing your location.

Packaging

Every Luxe Pet Food order is carefully packed to keep your pet's meals fresh during transit.

Your order will arrive in an insulated bag inside a cardboard box, helping maintain a safe temperature while your order is being delivered.

When Your Order Arrives

Our packaging is designed to keep your order cool if it is left at your front door for a short period of time. However, we recommend bringing your order inside as soon as possible.

Once received:

• Refrigerate meals you plan to use within the next few days.

• Freeze the remaining meals immediately to maintain freshness.

Safe Delivery

By placing an order, you authorise our delivery partner to leave your order in a safe place if no one is home, unless you have provided alternative delivery instructions.

While our insulated packaging is designed to protect your order for several hours, we recommend retrieving your delivery as soon as possible, particularly during warmer weather, to ensure your pet's food remains in the best possible condition.
